Martin is currently Head of Strategic Insight - Retail in IRI’s UK Solutions and Innovation team. He is responsible for developing and delivering industry and strategic insights for IRI's retail and manufacturing clients.  He also has internal responsibilities for strategic innovation. His focus at the moment is supporting the business in its exciting developments in the Convenience market place.

He regularly contributes to IRI white papers and media coverage, and has presented at many conferences and events organised by IRI, the PAGB, the IGD and others.

He joined IRI in 1995 and has worked in a number of client-facing and commercial roles, across all FMCG sectors, particularly healthcare where he was responsible for developing IRI’s presence as a major insight partner.

Martin also has 10 years client-side experience in the dairy industry in a variety of sales and distribution, marketing and insight roles.
