At IRI, it is the responsibility of the CEO and Senior Management to define the moral, ethical and legal standards under which the Company operates and the responsibility of every Employee to know and comply with the standards set forth in this Code at all times.  This Code should be used as a practical and timely guide to conducting IRI business. IT Resources, Communications Systems Data Policy

This IRI IT Resources, Communications Systems and Data Policy (“Policy”) supplements IRI’s Code of Business Conduct (“Code of Conduct”), in particular Sections 3.2.6 and 3.2.7 of the Code of Conduct. IRI’s computers, networks, communications systems and other IT resources are intended for business purposes only (except for limited personal use as described below) during working time and at all other times.
