Anthony leads the International Solutions & Innovations team at IRI. In this role Anthony ensures that relevant and powerful solutions are developed for our clients while supporting our ‘Growth Delivered’ strategy.
Anthony has more than 20 years of expertise in data analytics, customer centricity and digital marketing and a very strong understanding of the consumer retail market. He has worked for a range of diverse organisations including The Boots Company, McKinsey & Company, Aimia and Barclaycard leading customer insight, data analytics and commercial teams. Most recently, Anthony has been General Manager at Edcon, the largest clothing retailer in sub Saharan Africa.
Anthony has successfully created several leading loyalty programmes and customer databases in the UK and South Africa. His strong customer engagement skills have enabled him to lead business relationships and deliver sustainable value with a variety of blue chip organisations.
Anthony has a PhD in Chemistry from The Royal Institution of Great Britain.
