
IRI’s Holistic Retail Solution provides advanced predictive analytics and transactional data insights to Globus and its suppliers
Bracknell, UK – 11th September 2017 – Globus, operator of 46 self-service hypermarkets in Germany, has selected IRI, the big data and technology expert for consumer industries, as its main data sharing and technology partner in Germany.
IRI’s Holistic Retail Solution (IRI HRS) will become Globus’ primary data and technology platform moving their supplier relationship to the next level. Globus will be the only German retailer hypermarket brand unleashing the power of ticket data to support their customer centric approach by using IRI HRS underpinned by the most powerful data technology IRI Liquid DataTM (ILD).
Globus will be able to quickly decide - in matter of seconds - which is the best range to have in store, what are the best promotional strategies or where processes are not efficiently fulfilling customers’ expectations for example. Providing supplier access to this advanced information will strengthen supplier relationships and improve upon the current subscription fee model.
