IRI to Present on Skillsets Required of Modern-Day Researchers and Tips for Managers to Help Teams Succeed at The ARF Women in Analytics Event

WHAT:        On May 22, IRI’s Jennifer Pelino will present individually and with a panel of women industry leaders on the researcher’s role within organizations and best methods for recruiting, hiring and structuring strong teams in their event, titled, “The New Researcher: What skills you should be developing and how to build your team.”

WHY:          A leader is only as strong as the team she builds. Understanding the evolving needs of people and the industry is crucial to knowing how to develop a strong team. By understanding what an organization identifies as the key skills required for a specific role, managers will know what qualities to look for, when tasked with finding the right person for that position — which can be like finding a needle in a haystack. Speakers from a range of industries, with varying analytical backgrounds, will present on their top methods of achieving this hiring feat.

The ARF Women in Analytics mission is to host events that evangelize female leadership, create gender equality and inspire generations to lead through co-mentorship opportunities.
