Holly Knightly is the Interim Chief Financial Officer, and responsible for the company’s global financial management and its reporting and transparency, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, real estate, and transformation. Previously, Knightly held several senior leadership positions with global building products manufacturer, James Hardie. During her tenure she led key transformation initiatives and multi-national acquisitions that created significant shareholder value. Prior to James Hardie, Knightly held finance leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble and General Electric. Knightly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Miami University of Ohio. She also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth.
