DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION
Although we continue to refine our DEI programming, we are experiencing notable progress in our hiring and retention practices around the world. At the end of 2021, our percentage of female employees – excluding field employees – was a record 51%, continuing an upward trend toward gender parity that has seen annual progress since 2015.
We are seeing an increase in the ethnic diversity of our workforce. At the end of 2021, people of color represented a record 25.1% of our workforce, with Asian, Black and Hispanic employees accounting for the largest groups.
