Ailsa joined IRI South Africa in May 2022 as Managing Director. She is a future focused leader, with over 25 years’ experience providing retailers and manufacturers with strategic, predictive, compelling insights and recommendations to uncover unmet and future demand via the application of data and analytics. She has had extensive exposure to developed and emerging markets, with a keen interest and well developed knowledge of Africa & Middle East. Ailsa has held numerous executive roles in the data intelligence industry, both locally, regionally and globally spanning Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Media and Telcos, with experience across the Consumer, Shopper, Brand, Innovation, Marketing, Media and Retail solution spectrum.
