During her session, “Exploring the CPG Shopping Habits of Generation Z,” Gillis will take a deep dive into the growing purchase power of Generation Z (ages 21 and under) and how their attitudes toward CPG brands will force a change in brand and retailers’ marketing strategies.
As Gen Z begins to form shopping habits, brand loyalties and purchase preferences, brands and retailers will need to adjust their marketing strategies to meet the distinct behaviors of this generation.
