Forrester Research lists IRI among a new breed of customer journey analytics vendors who are predicting the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ behind customer interactions. Journey analytics helps identify what customers are doing, thinking, and feeling; the touch points that they use; and the people whom they interact with along the way.
According to the Forrester report, IRI is among the vendors that connect advertising, customer segmentation, promotion, pricing and social data to build customer profiles. These vendors use mix modeling, customer look-alike, propensity and attribution data to personalize customer experience.
