Kaajal is a Senior Insight Manager who provides continuous support for key health & beauty clients to help them understand their market share and performance drivers vs. the competitor market.
Having completed a Masters and BA (hons) in Marketing, Kaajal developed a passion for market research. She kick started her career at Kantar Millward Brown in the client service department during her time there Kaajal successfully completed her Diploma in Market research.


Now at IRI, Kaajal is a thought leader in the health & Beauty industry, and responsible for identifying new trends in the Health & Beauty Market Kaajal is often travelling and presenting high-level insights for Category Managers and Heads of Business.


Her passion is consumer insight and brand acceleration. Having worked on marketing projects with many organisations in order to help them increase revenue and build close and personal relationships with consumers and customers. She is a great believer in the connection between consumer research and branding.
