Colin Norris

Operations Director

Colin is a very experienced Operations Director who, on completing his MBA, spent 15 years working with Yell. His roles included leading Business Transformation and Operations during the organisation sell-off by British Telecom to VC’s and then subsequent flotation on the London Stock Exchange.
 
His experience also includes Client Services Director for a Fortune 250 BPO organisation, Head of Customer Experience for Legal & General and a period of consultancy focusing on delivering customer excellence and implementing NPS strategies.
 
At IRI he is responsible for Operations, Client Services, Production, Measurement Science and the ongoing delivery of the Market Place offering. In addition he leads our 200 field operatives and the teams in the Netherlands and India supporting UK clients.
 
Colin is married with 2 children and lives in Marlow. His passions are rowing where he regularly races for Marlow Rowing club, coaching his son’s rugby team, skiing and enjoying time with his family.
