IRI Code of Business Conduct

At IRI, it is the responsibility of the CEO and Senior Management to define the moral, ethical and legal standards under which the Company operates and the responsibility of every Employee to know and comply with the standards set forth in this Code at all times.  This Code should be used as a practical and timely guide to conducting IRI business. To that end, the Code is available online at www.infores.com/iriemployee/hr/polproc.htm.  The Company will ask each employee to reread the Code annually and certify to its contents.  In addition, it is the responsibility of each employee to review the Code periodically as it will be updated on an as needed basis. IRI Vendor Code of Conduct

It is essential that the employees of IRI and its other subsidiaries (collectively, we, us, IRI or the Company) conduct themselves at all times with integrity and in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern our business activities. To that end, IRI has established a set of minimum standards of business practices and regulatory compliance that are set out in the Code of Business Conduct, which applies to all Company employees, directors and officers. IT Resources, Communications Systems Data Policy

This IRI IT Policy and Procedures and Data Policy (“Policy”) supplements IRI’s Code of Business Conduct (“Code of Conduct”), in particular Sections 3.2.6 and 3.2.7 of the Code of Conduct. IRI’s computers, networks, communications systems and other IT resources are intended for business purposes only (except for limited personal use as described below) during working time and at all other times. To protect IRI and its employees, it is IRI’s policy to restrict the use of all IT Policy and Procedures systems as described below. The use of IRI’s IT Policy and Procedures by an employee shall signify his or her understanding of an agreement to the terms and conditions of this policy, as a condition of employment. See More
