What would you say to another client who is considering migrating to Temple 9?
The Temple 9 migration went very smoothly and the transition and support has been excellent. The tool is great and very intuitive. The process we adopted involved installing the tool on everyone’s computers first, then running the training sessions. We gave users time to play with it and then ran a couple of Q&A sessions.

What stood out for you in the way we managed and executed our training program?
The training program was clear, concise, explained very well. The fact we had a dedicated training expert running the sessions, instead of our account manager, meant we could focus on the functionality and the features as supposed to getting bogged down with the data.
What is the value, directly or indirectly, that you have realised as a business in your shift to Temple 9?
More efficiency and easier/faster report development/creation. Faster retrieval times for Shopper data is a big shift within our organisation.
What was our point of difference to other training programs you may have encountered?
Patient, clear and knowledgeable trainer.

Overall it was a really great experience and I feel our users have transitioned over with the very little issues. We had nearly 70 people in Australia to move over, so it was very successful.
